Inter-School Hockey

School  League (Intermediate and College) is entry level, designed to give the local schools a taste of inline hockey.
  • The Club will provide scorers, referees and gear (but advisable to bring along a bike helmet just in case there is not enough to go round).
  • Parents are most welcome to assist if you wish.
  • Create a team from your school, no skills necessary.
  • Games played every Tuesday Night during Terms 2 & 3 - Cost $40 per term
The 2011 Inline Hockey School League will start in Term 2, as the terms are different this year due to the Rugby World Cup.  School Team Muster will be held 3rd May at the Mount Action Centre.

The Term 2 and 3 competitions will involve a round-robin structure, with the top 2 teams in each grade playing off in the last week of term for 1st and 2nd place, the next 2 teams playing off for 3rd and 4th place, etc.  The winners of the College B grade would then get promoted to the College A grade for Term 3.

Come at the time allocated to your school each week: teams will be sorted out on the first night, there will be a skating and skills session.

We would love some helpers: especially any parents who could help with the gear table (maybe you could just commit to your child’s game and maybe the game before or after?).

Saturday Disco Nights will all start in Term 2.  Again, any parents who could commit to helping run Disco Nights once or twice a term would be much appreciated.
